Mr. Ashwani Kumar Narang is a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 1991. He has worked with many professionally managed accounting firms. He has experience of handling corporate tax affairs, international taxation and consulting on tax matters.
He also attended Certificate course on International Taxation and Certificate course on Indirect taxes organized by Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Mr. Dhirendra Mohan Bhatia is a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 1993. He has experience of handling varied auditing assignments and business consulting matters. He has experience of conducting various kinds of audits of large and medium sized corporates, Bank Audits, PSU audits etc. He is also a qualified Quality Systems auditor. He also has experience in developing Accounting manuals and Internal control systems and has worked on many projects involving the strategic and managerial decision making at top- management level.
